FFF: Day 5
Today I woke up at 9am still not feeling 100% but was at the gym in short order, did 15 minutes on the eliptical, followed by bench press, dips, and pull-ups… and some pretty intense free weight work. Wouldn’t say that I overdid the weight-training today but I definitely did it today. Except for Day 2, I’ve actually gained weight every day since this whole thing started. I know that muscle ways more and I’d like to think that is what it is but I have doubts that that is entirely the case this time. I’ve admittedly not been as restrictive with my diet this time around as with Strides. Still holding out hope that I can truly kick things in gear moving forward. Watching Spongebob and feeling nauseous now, going to see Guys and Dolls later. Testosterone!
Sleep: ~9 hrs.
Weight: 218.4 lbs.
